★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed 3 nights but since i had an early arrival at 6am i was allowed to have an early check in around 8 am, very nice rooms and friendly staff evergreen if English is not spoken fluently by all they always gets to serve you in the best possible way. The room was big and always clean, the bathroom was very big with fantastic shampoo, shower gel and amazing smelling soap. The breakfast buffet at the 5th floor was very good with enough choice. The wifi works good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively new and clean; with sufficient back-up generator which is invaluable in super-hot Summers. Nice, clean bathrooms with good quality accessories. Wifi not good. Better book online. Spot price is higher. Said to be owned by ex-minister Kyaw Sun's daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean, our room had a distinct and rather unpleasant smell, but nothing too serious. Helpful staff who asisted us with buses and taxis.
Warning - there is a laundry service across the street. Do not let them touch your clothes. Our white T-shirts came back in yellowish hues with brown and green stains, everything smells like smoke and cannot by any means be considered clean or dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Only stayed one night but would stay more. We took the night bus and the location was very close to the hotel. For an extra $10 they let us check in early which was great after such a long bus ride. The breakfast was also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern and clean hotel with very good hot water control. I have stayed in Myanmar for almost 2 weeks and the shower water temperature was either too hot or too cold. Finally there is a place I can take shower without worrying if the water temperature will change the next second.
Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, but the attached photo is incorrect. Hotel is new and staffs were great. Room is clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants. Within walking distance to downtown, but far enough you dont hear the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such good value it seems like a pricing error! Rooms are large and nicely furnished. The hotel also feels very luxury and a good breakfast is included in the price. All for around £14 per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice relaxing peaceful place to stay. Lovely lobby. Good rooms and wash rooms, polite attentive staff. An added bonus was that right opposite that road, a few people played some musical instruments. Within 7 minutes distance, there are some good places to eat lunch and dinner. It would be nice if they added cornflakes and milk to the breakfast menu. The handheld shower in our washroom leaked through the pipe. These alone are the reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5.
