★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks like it is existing for foreigners. It is not that cool to be 3 stars but it is more than 2 stars. It is expensive for citizens. But for foreigners, they can affort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel in Meiktila. All accessories are brand new. It have mini swimming pool, shopping mart, KTV and Clinic. You can get many things in one place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. Breakfast is simple nothing fancy. There is a Massage place / Hair saloon, Karaoke, Mini mart and a Medical clinic. Staff were very polite and can understand simple english.
Room was spacious enough but no safety deposit box. Hot water is good.
There is a monastry nearby. Every morning there will be a wake up call.
Everything is ok but room service need more training.

It is an apartment style hotel with 5 floors. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is included with few items such as fried rice, fried noodle, toast, butter, coffee, tea, green tea etc. House keeping staffs still need proper training. It still needs to improve cleanliness in public area such as elevator, walking corridor, etc. Rooms are with air-conditioning and attached bath room. Hot shower is working. Buddhist monastery next door have early morning prays even 4, 5 O'clock in the morning. Few parking space in front of the hotel. Recently they are planning to include restaurant in the breakfast room and some Karaoke rooms on the first floor. They will open by the end of September 2016.
