★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to stay here this year. The best feature is the convenience. In fact you can walk to just about anything you need within a few blocks. Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our road trip. I was very happy with the location of the hotel. The standard of cleanliness throughout is superb. You are taken care of from the beginning till the end. I chose to stay here based on a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased with the room. The best part is the convenience. Could not find much to do in the evenings in the locality. Traffic would be very bad during the rush hour. Western toilet style with a awkward shower area. The street outside the hotel was very noisy all night long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location has turned out to be perfect for us. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Room has somewhat western fitting, green carpeting on the floor suggests that perhaps this hotel caters to the locals. You get your moneys worth here.

Nice room. Clean.
LCD TV. DVD player.
No electric kettle. No dryer.
If you check in after 4 PM.
It cost just 21,000 MMK for double room.
The most reasonable price for such a room I hav ever stayed.
( just one, when I asked about the breakfast, the receptionist were not polite)
Food is not good for the price you pay there. and they only have instant coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff were weak in customer service and management. I and my family bad experienced during the visit. They take off our bags when we are out of the hotel even booked for another day. They also accept section hours for stay and I think this was work by the staffs behind the scenes. I feel not secure in this hotel.
