Bangalore house style hotel in Myawaddy. Nice hotel but WIFI is very low connection.

Good place and condition...but no good for service... eg,weak wifi signal strange,into a room have a mosquito,and weak TV channel...

It's not only good service and room but also food and customer care. It's just my opinion.

Definitely the most foreigner friendly hotel in town. A couple of months after opening, three foreign consultants, Cedric from France (who lives in Singapore but spends a considerable amount of time managing hotels in Myanmar), Lacey from Alaska, USA who managed the bar and her boyfriend Tom from Scotland who is a chef were brought in to improve the hotel. They spent perhaps 2-3 months at the hotel. Unfortunately, not many of their recommendations were implemented after their departure. The breakfast is still very mediocre, with no western options. Tea is finally being served, mostly just green tea, but black tea is available upon request. This change was made mostly due to our insistence. Previously, only barely drinkable 3-in-1 instant coffee was offered. Breakfast hours are too short and inconvenient for guests - only 7 to 9 or 9.30am. Should be 6am to 10am like in most other places. However, if making an early start one won't regret skipping breakfast considering only half the menu is edible. Better to find a place to eat en-route. If heading into Thailand plenty of excellent choices to eat as soon as you cross the border - in the reverse direction, wait until you get to Hpa-an or Mawlamyine. The fruit shakes and cocktails are generally unavailable or only partly available in the evenings since the departure of the consultants. The English-Burmese menu on the blackboard is now only in Burmese. The rooms are OK, standard rooms a bit small though. Everything is bungalow (or motel) style, so you'll need to walk outside and thus require an umbrella if it's raining, to move between the guest rooms and breakfast. TV is not even worth turning on, 4-5 channels mostly blurry and no foreign channels, not even Thai, despite being located on the border. Wifi kinda works, but on my two most recent one night stays I arrived late and left early, so used my mobile data instead. VIP rooms are spacious, but a little pricey for what is offered. Also, a strange smell emanating from the toilet. Power kept tripping every 3 mins during my first two stays in summer, but no such issues during the rainy season. Pool looks inviting but too many local kids (who aren't staying at the hotel) using it during the dry season. Thus unless you don't mind 30 kids sharing a small pool with you, not much fun. No one uses the pool during the rainy season so that's the only time you'll receive some privacy. English speaking elderly owner very friendly. On-site manager also very pleasant. Credit cards accepted (charges made in MMK) but often the internet connection is too poor to use them. Bring cash (THB or MMK) just in case. Casino is being built next door and hotel lobby has poker machines for use, though I'd be careful about playing during the hot season due to constant power outages.

Staff and service not good. Staff do not have the education necessary to serve customers. The atmosphere of the pool and room is good, but there are many room deficiencies such as broken air conditioner and hot water.

This hotel is clean an equipped with modern accessories. Hot water is not functioning. There is mo floor mat and slippers. WiFi connection is good. Breakfast is not to much variety. It has good swimming pool. There is wide car park.

Location and Accommodation is quite nice. But the food and service are no more than normal. Nee to improve services. Online booking is not easy to there. Payment terms also not convenience.
