★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good hotel that is built at the nearest place of fire balloon field. The price is suitable and the rooms are neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice but the elevator was not working during our stay and there is no wifi. We have to ask for toilet paper and tissue. The power source of the aircon was still off and the electric current was not enough to run the aircon, I have to plug the fridge and I was the one who opened the cold water source. All in all, it seems the hotel was not ready for our arrival. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just an okay hotel newly built in outskirt of Taunggyi. No dinning room yet. View from hotel is not special. Hotel staffs are sweet but need training. Standard rooms in basement have no A/C. Only superior rooms are equipped with A/C. There is a lift but it doesn't operate yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good point about this hotel is the relative close distance to the balloon festival area. The rooms were ridiculously overpriced. I booked with included breakfast. As I came downstairs this morning and asked for breakfast, the answer was "no breakfast".
The AC wasn't working over night. For about 80 bucks per night this just a bad joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we got rooms near elevator. The soundproofing is not good so we keep getting annoyed by elevator ring. The cars on the road can be heard too. The hotel is located well outside of downtown area. But the traffic was still active. The room for 35,000 ks is rather small. Small wardrobe, bathroom and bedroom. Not many hotels in Taunggyi let customers bring their pet inside the hotel rooms. But Hotel Grace can accept small dogs like my terrier. There is enough space in carpark. Trivia: reception room is on the 3rd floor which is also the ground floor. Don't ask me. I'm still confused.
