★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not deceived by the photos. Very disappointing on the conditions of the Hotel room. Extremely old and no touch up at all. Glass panel viewing to Shwedaggon pagoda was a nightmare, when I use tissue to wipe, it stained like the hotel was not cleaned since opening.
The funniest thing is that on one side of the bed has a lamp, the other side does not have but the hotel just leave the screw unattended there.
Wall paint was already peeled, previous screw holes was there like a deserted room for ages.
The one star is for the breakfast and the location.
Otherwise, please skip this hotel at all cost, pay a little more for a better one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for two nights. The room was big. Location is great. About 5 mins drive to Embassy of China since we were going there. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, it is worth the price (paid 26 dollars per night for a 2-single-bed room)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, VERY clean! We stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect. Great view of the Shwedagon Pagoda as well. Breakfast buffet was huge, a little on the cold side toward the end of breakfast time but still tasted great. Free bottled water in the room every day. Super friendly staff and as I said before, the cleanliness really stood out! The shower was great too, good water pressure (something o *always* struggle with in hotels).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy and comfortable staying here. Family room is spacious and clean with a small kitchen. They, staffs, made a really great surprise to my birthday; roses on bed and in bathroom and a HBD cake. The building nearby the hotel has a restaurant, a bakery with coffee and greatly a super market. Also, it’s not too crowded and noisy,?we could sleep tight at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Buffet Breakfast with array of choices for Kids, Youngs and Olds. Except for Mondays and Thursdays, where Coconut Noodles is available, Mont Hin Khar is served. Unlike some apartment- turned hotels, this hotel is well- structured with great layout. Yaya coffee shop downstairs well serve you as a chillexing spot with your friends. Staff are cheerful, efficient and helpful. I recommend it as a Family- friendly hotel!
