★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were nice, felt newly renovated. It's far from the city however, so need to get taxi's or rent a moto. It's close to the the UNESCO heritage site tho, which is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negotiated 35,000 kyats a night. Stayed there 3 nights. Quiet. Nice room. Better get your own mean of transportation. When checking out, did not appreciate that one of the staff wanted to charge me for minibar which I did not touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here with a group of 24 people for 5 days and we had a great time. The big plus is the very friendly staff that was always there to help out. The hotel is very new, the rooms big and the beakfast good. And they organized a great new years eve party for us. The only point that can be improved is that the rooms didn't get cleaned every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable place. Standard rooms have the "wet" bathroom design rather than an actual shower, but otherwise the rooms are nice. During COVID time they deliver breakfast to the room.
