★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the rooms are bangalo type and it has a huge lake where a nujber of big fishes are residing. The rooms are a little old, sometimes you can find some animals (not scary by the way) inside these. Service provision is not as good as other hotels and so, I rated just 4 stars for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 5 hours drive away from Yangon.Rooms Rate are not bad compare to facilities. Kind of like you are staying in big garden. The best part is sitting and drinking beer in restaurant but for food I don't recommend to eat in here. Low variety of choice in menu and taste not that much good.
Overall - good place to take a break from stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could say that it is the best hotel in Pyay, Myanmar. The place is very quiet. There is a lake and we can get fresh air. Breakfast is nice and we can eat outside of dining room where there is outdoor seats. Some rooms are built on pond. The hotel compound is large and natural spring is under the lake and pond and it flow. There is also a tower and we can see top view of room buildings. There are big fish in the lake and we can also feed them. Night view of this hotel is so romantic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its view and its style has its own uniqueness. Own graden with many natural springs where you can feed the fishs and breath fresh air all day. They grow some of their vegetables themselves. Room are small but its idea of decoration make it forget about the tiny room. The breakfasts are good. You can choose from local special as well as other national and international dishes. One of the best place to relax during a vacation. Has a wide car parking and staffs are friendly too. I met the owner and the chief engineer of the hotel and they are very friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may be swamp land before, but now it changed into a beautiful garden with modern accommodation for local and foreign visitors.Rooms are little bit small but compact and convenient with perfect facilities. Clean, quiet and cool Bangalore type hotel. Nice to stay there with family.

If u plan to stay in this hotel, at least leave an hour for the tour around this resort. Quite a view they have.
