★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean hotel which is a little out of town, but I think this will change as there are new buildings going up. I really love the pool to relax. All the staff were really friendly and helped us arrange our onward travel to ***dalay at no extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was spacious and got a lot of natural light whenever we'd draw the curtains open in the morning. Short walk to town with some reason eateries. Location conveniently close to ***y restaurants. I would recommend staying on the side of the hotel that does not face the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights. After checking in we noticed the aircon was making quite a bad sound. We informed the front desk. They said they will check it out asap.
No one came that day. To make things worse it started leaking in the middle of the night.
Next day we told the front desk and all they did was send room service to clean it up and that's it.
The next night (last night) the fan blade in the aircon had broken and was making do much noise thst neither me nor my partner could sleep.
I would really not want to visit this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 4 stars for that place but we were staying there for 3 days. I can smell very bad foul sewer smell in the hallways and also they sprayed mosquitoes repellent spray in the room & hallways. I have to tell them not spray mosquitoes repellent spray in my room.
The decorations of the lobby is pretty nice except the smell is very unpleasant and I have to spray air fresher in the room that we were staying.
I hope the hotel management will see my review and improve their hotel will be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The review for the hotel itself is great. The staff were extremely helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. I got up hungry and went breakfast to find it was mostly cleared away. The breakfast buffet is well equipped. Breakfast is a buffet with a mix of western and eastern food and held in their dining room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived late and needed to be up early for a balloon flight and the staff could not have been nicer. Clean rooms and a residential neighborhood. The room was very comfortable and we had a little balcony that gave onto the pool. The hotel sure was a good quiet base for our trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and good location within the new Bagan portion of the city. Rooms were very nice with a small balcony facing the pool. The exchange rate they would use to calculate the price in the local currency was really bad. The staff were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough hotel, very nice staff. Breakfast is very limited especially compared to other hotels. The water smells strange and is often brown. The bathroom door is no real door as it was just a wooden blind with gaps inbetween. So you hear and smell everything! No privacy at all!
