★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny room, tiny bathroom. Lousy night receptionist. no parking space. Has a skyview top, but don't serve breakfast there. Food is bad and rooms are not well maintained. Yet, still ask for full amount at the check-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was made aware of this hotel by a recommendation. The night ***ager was particularly helpful and seemed to work super long hours. Everything in the room was spotless. The hotel is perfectly placed in the center of all there is to do. The price is good compared to the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great about the stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Great taxi service. My room had a great view of some part of ***dalay because the building was next to a school. All the staffs are friendly, very helpful. The hotel is in a great neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent incredibly confortable (and adventurous) days in Mandalay, and in great part was thanks to the way in which the hotel and its workers treated us. We hd planned to stay there 2 nights only, but then we decided to extend our stay for 2 more Nights!!
From the cleanliness, confort and spectacular everyday service, to the food, the jacuzzi and views of the terrace: everything was perfect!! We felt like at home, and the workers' smiles and the way in which they treat the customers is outstanding, always taking good care of us and being really attentive. If you are looking for the perfect stay you should consider it!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time here. Can speak English. The rooms are modern in decor. The front desk greeting was awesome. The housekeeping did a fantastic job on a daily basis. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. Excellent value for what we got.

Breakfast is mediocre. Rooms are quite small.
But staff friendly. Amenities are fine.
Just the sky view restaurant wasnt much of a view. It is quite close to other good restaurants, a short walk can save you loads of disappointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t understand all the positive reviews here. We booked a room for one night as we had a layover dune the next flight, so we followed the good reviews and got a smelly smocking room with no toilet paper and dirty toilet seat. We cleaned it by ourselves but thought we better asked for a change of the room as we are no smokers and the smell is really annoying. Unfortunately everything was booked out and we needed to stay in this bad room. Even if the staff was nice, it doesn’t change the situation of the room! Never again.
