★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast isn't good. TV channel in the room is mostly chinese. Room charges is very high for what you get. This place just doesn't make me feel good at all in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me was like I didn't get what I've expected by the room fees I've paid for. Such as TV is like very early model of LCD screen, and most of the amenities provided are pretty much out of date. They aren't broken but as mentioned above , just not what you expected by the price. I've learned not to trust AD pictures seen on the mobile phone or pc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is clean, reasonable price, nice place. But staffs are needed to have customer service training and give more attention foreigners than local guests. I give three star again, I visited last two months and saw improvement on customer service, but I gave 1000 Ks for coca cola without drinking it as hotel staffs didn't check carefully the mini bar when the former guest check out the room. I am not happy for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I came to Mandalay, I stayed there three times from 2017 to 2019.Rooms are clean,wide,good service and delicious buffet breakfast.Morever,parking is convenience.But the next year 2020 I came to Mandalay,I did not stay at that hotel,the reason is because of the very noisy some Chinese guests are always there.Thanks...
