★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunsetကြည့်ဖို့နေရာကောင်းတစ်ခုပါ။ဘုရားဖူးပြီးရင်လဲအိမ်အတွက်အပြန်လက်ဆောင်ဝယ်သွားလို့ရပါတယ်။ညနေဖက်ဆိုsunsetလာကြည့်တဲ့သူတွေ၊ဓာတ်ပုံလာရိုက်တဲ့သူတွေအများအပြားရှိပါတယ်။ဒီကနေတစ်ဆင့်တစ်ဖက်ကမ်းမှာရှိတဲ့တောင်ဝိုင်းတောင်ကိုလဲလှမ်းမြင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။သံလွင်မြစ်ရဲ့အလှ၊နေဝင်ဆည်းဆာအလှကိုအကောင်းဆုံးခံစားနိုင်မဲ့နေရာလေးတစ်ခုပါ။

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シュエインミョウパゴダの本堂の裏側へ廻っていくと、サルウィン川の岸辺へ降りて行く通路がある。何軒かの土産物屋を過ぎると、川に着き出した見晴らし台のような場所があり、そこに奇妙なカエルの像がある。
かつてサルウィン川のほとりの山に偉大なカエルが住んでいた。そのカエルは神通力をもつ宝玉を持っていたのだが、帝釈天はその宝玉を欲して、龍に変身してカエルに襲いかかった。カエルは最後には帝釈天に降参し、宝珠を吐き出して与えた。その場所がシュエインミョウパゴダだという。「カエル=Hpa」「吐く=an」でこれが「Hpa-an」の地名の始まりである。
対岸には北斎の富士山のようなカタチに見えるパァプゥ山がある。この山も物語でカエルが隠れた場所といわれる。
Going behind the main hall of Shweinmyo Pagoda, there is a passage that descends to the shore of the Salwyn River. After several souvenir shops, there is a view point on the river, where there is a strange frog statue.
A great frog once lived in a mountain by the Salwyn River. The frog had a jewel with Shinto power, but Teishin was transformed into a dragon and attacked the frog, hoping for the jewel. The frog finally gave in to Teishunten and spit it out and gave it. The place is called Scheinmyo Pagoda. This is the beginning of the place name of "Hpa-an" in "Frog = Hpa" and "Spit = an".
On the other side of the mountain is Paupu, which looks like the shape of Mt. Fuji in Hokusai. This mountain is also said to be the place where the frog hid in the story.
