★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes employees don't confirm what customer want. If a customer want simple black and white print, they just dont ask and print in color. Also, they dont see same folder name or not, they just print whatever it is like their obligation, not like a service provider.
Very slow at working, can't multi-task on pc even though employees are working there for years.
They like to chat during working despite working slowly. Poor altitude towards customer because not trained.
Not good at finding solution to work around. For example, they just like to wait email to arrive on their pc gmail.
