The service staff was nice and prompt. Eg when I made a request to change the toilet lighting to make it brighter, it was done nicely when I return from the day tour.
Very good sunrise view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location at the north of the lake which means it is closer to Heho airport so not so far to travel. View from balcony fabulous. Food good and trips on boat interesting. There is bike hire but they are in worse condition than the cars. Hotel sits right next to a temple which adds to the atmosphere.
The manager was very attentive and gave us each a present when we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 3days 2nights there. Room is spacious and clean. Room has large balcony facing the lake. Food at Hupin is very delicious and one plate is enough for 4-5 persons. Overall service is excellent. So worth to stay there and will go back again. Fully recommend it.
