Jasmine Ngapali Resort

We just passed by the hotel on the way to God Beach. The scenary is amazing. Hotel is still under construction. But the beach slope is slightly deeper compared to Ngapali beach area. Hence it is near by airport, the beach looks like private island.

This hotel is very luxurious and pricey. Swimming pool is perfect and sea view room got stunning view of crystal blue Ngapali sea water. Roof bar and dinning area is great.

Luxurious and remote, this hotel is a marvelous paradise. It is located in one of the most quiet part of Ngapali. The staff are amiable and patient. If you are looking for serenity and peace, this is the best hotel to stay in. Plus, the waves here are so much fun, unlike the other parts of Ngapali where the waves are way too gentle and boring.

One of the most beautiful and tranquil places we have been at so far. This is a hidden gem an no other resort at ngapali beach compares. Endless beach walks, all alone, super service, pretty gardens and wow Infinitiv pool. Plus a great Happy Hour with excellent drinks. The only little but is that rooms need to be maintained a little better. It is super clean, but maintenance works should be done from time to time. It is a four star resort but could easily have five plus stars due to location, but needs a little room maintenance.

A place that has everything to be a success but unfortunately it is not! First when we arrived we were put in a very dodgy and dirty place, totally outside of the hotel main area. The entrance was a bit of an horror movie. The bedroom had a terrible smell and it was very dirty. We complained and we were moved to a nicer room, that I don't understand why was not given to us in the beginning because that was what we had actually paid for. The food during breakfast is not suitable for this hotel: very low quality and not that much variety. The staff is very friendly but their English is very poor which makes the communication very hard. Certain small details are missing, like e.g. spray the rooms against the mosquitoes. One day, after being bitten hard, we asked for the room to be sprayed during dinner time which didn't happen. So we had to come outside, being again all bitten by the mosquitoes while they were spraying the room. The Hotel is new but the quality of the construction is very poor and some parts of the rooms need urgently maintenance. Every day in the morning I was waking up with the smell of burning and that was happening because the entrance door and the balcony door had a huge gap. Really bad quality construction. It is an amazing place, located in paradise. It has everything to be a success. The only thing missing is management. Pity! I will not go back and will not recommend... :(

The best place for relaxing. Beautiful beach they have, I hardly saw any trash on the beach. Hotel people are working hard for guests. You can ride bicycle for free to nearby beach restaurants which offer delicious food. At night you can get on tuktuk looking like taxi to restaurant to south for round trip. We are happy to stay here again if we visit Ngapali again.

this hotel is hunted a week ago my aunt and her friends stayed at your hotel and at the first night the ghost pull my aunt friend leg . at the morning they go for a walk and saw the cemetery and the room they stay was the hunted room because the grave was under the bed
