最初、決め手は値段だったけど、家族的なおもてなし好みのかたにはおすすめだと思います。
I think it's wonderful for any luxury resort hotels in the surrounding area, but I took care of the kind owner of three children. Please ask here for a great answer.
Initially, the price was the deciding factor, but I think it is recommended for those who prefer family hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast (local food). New shower and bathroom. The owner is very helpful and speaks good English. Friendly staff. Good and quite location. Close to the Airport which is not busy (max. 8 planes only during daytime). Nice and clean beach. Restaurants, bike rents shops and watersports nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place and they let us do an early check in at 6am when we arrived with night bus. The owner is really nice man and helping with everything, common Myanmar hospitality! ? ??
Breakfast was really fulfilling, eggs, rice, noodles, fruit, coffee, traditional Myanmar breakfast.
Location is only two minutes away from beach by walking.
Only cons were the wifi and we would've wanted the place to be better cleaned.
