★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic time at the Merciel Resort, Staff and the ***ager William made our holiday most enjoyable and nothing was to difficult. Rooms were too spacious. Had a lovely surprise with a room upgrade upon check-in and enjoyed the room. Hotel is within 10 mins walk to airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasure Stay there. Quiet, Good sea view, but no beach in front of hotel. You have to go to right side of the hotel to swim. just 500 meters away from airport. Restaurant is bar is available, but limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and very helpful. The whole group of hotel staffs came to welcome us and I and my son felt that we are back to our home even it is so new to us. Upon arrival there, the service, the hotel and my rooms they offered are beyond my expectation and my worry were run away. Over all it was an amazing stay and we wish we could've stayed longer and would happily go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hotel in Ngapali and location is good . We stayed two nights there and love the hotel. Room was spacious,comfortable and clean and separate bath room with bathtub and shower.Need more shades , trees in front of the room. Breakfast is good and delicious.Only downside is no direct access to the beach and you have to short walk to the small beach in the right side of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sunsets were stunning and probably easier to view from this resort given its location. Spacious rooms with all that you need in the right places. Room tip: the more expensive beach-side bungalows are more spacious but have outside bathrooms. The rooms (superior in our case) have a nice bathroom and the swimming pool is just in front of the sea. Wish I could have stayed longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is awesome! Really friendly, always around. Breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Pool reminded me of Olympic games in Rio because the water was green and not blue. A second, smaller "pool" was very dirty. The beach area is very nice. The area behind the beach seems not to be part of the hotel. But as this area is not very clean, the hotelmanagememt should perhaps think about cleaning it or building a fence...
Anyway: overall a very nice place where i definitely would stay again.

Good communication.
Flexible for bicycle free ride and E-bike rental services.
Buffet breakfast but limited menu.
Low quality cocktail,it's too soft.
No shore line in front of the resort.
They have built a dyke ( dike) on sea side of the resort.
Nice swimming pool.
The advantage of it is peaceful location and next to Thandwe Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was really nice, but I don't recommend going now since the sea have destroy the relaxing area of the hotel during the raining season .They are fixing the area, but the other down side is that the sea of way to much rock then other hotel I look at and it wouldn't be fun to surf or swim with rocks on your way. Overall the service was good and i would come back if the construction is done.
