★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to relax. All the buildings are Bunglow type so living room and bed room are spacious and very secure. It has beautiful garden views and decoration is good enough. Staffs are friendly. The only thing is the beach in front of the hotel has big wave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only spent days there and had lunch and dinner on a few occasions. So no room review. Staff were all exemplary and food was Really good. The stuffed Calamari I Highly recommend. Eric the chef being a stand out when cooking. Wonderful setting.

Swimming pool ,our fav corner is clean & well-maintained.
Staffs are friendly served at their best.
Security staffs fulltime provided and well monitored the area.
But one thing, some kind of our request to hotel for plates , dishes are not wellcooperated , like they cant support disposable chopstick for our instant noodle .
Other than this , everything is quite well and love the atmosphere.

These are just good stuffs.
Here's bad experiences that are need to be improved.
Service staff continuously knocking the door upon the day we arrive (We were taking a nap at that time and woke up because of knocking). Supposedly the staff wrongly visit for room service.
There's dirty pond on the way to hotel to beach. View is not so pleasant and foul smell sometimes.
Pool is kinda ok but not suitable for enthusiastic swimmers cuz too shallow.
And we've been charged 2000 MMK for renting plate and spoon only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights. Hotel is located in Mya Pyin in which beach is the most beautiful. It is closed to famous restaurant. Room is beautiful, wide space and very private. Room has outdoor bathing space which is abit not so private. Hot water come out very slow. Pool water is not that clean. Hotel breakfast is buffet style with varities of choice. Overall, pool area, room floor and hot water system should upgrade/maintain.
