★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our best choice for accommodation in Ngapali! The bungalows are nice and clean (they are tidied up daily), some of them have a mosquito net. However, we were pleasantly surprised that there were not so many mosquitos. Minus is that there is no shelf / any space where you could put your things other than on the floor. Toilet in the bungalows is in a separate room, not as a part of shower room, which is also a plus. We had hot water only in the evening, during the day the water was cold. Breakfasts could be improved - you only have (one) fried egg or pancake and bananas, every day the same. You can rent a bike for free, however e-bike is rather expensive (12000 kyat/day compared to touristy Bagan, where e-bikes were only for 5000 kyat/day). Just a few meters from the accommodation there is a wonderful beach - it is not the main beach of Ngapali, but we liked it even more. The main beach with restaurants and shops is about 15 minutes by bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all, I strongly recommend this guest house. I have spent 6 wonderful days there and it is a shame it ended.
The people there are very nice and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and bottles of water are given as well. I have travelled a fair bit in Myanmar and had stumbled on nasty guest houses but NOT this one. It is honestly really good !!
The beach is amazing, very clean, quiet and right by the guest house. It is a fantastic place to relax and watch beautiful sunsets while drinking from a coconut.
The local food is excellent as the sea food is fresh and the menu is more diverse than I expected, which is good.
The best thing to do here is relaxing. There are not much activities (almost inexistent to be honest) but it honestly doesn't matter. So bring your books, board games or whatever helps you to relax, sit back and enjoy :)
I had a chat with other people and they are all very happy here. I am sorry to read the comment another internaut posted because it does not represent, in my opinion, the atmosphere that we see daily here.
I cannot recommended this guest house enough. You will love it here and will want to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Located on a small beach strech in Ngapali, away from the main road and the commotion. The staff is the best, they are so humble and welcoming. The have a barbecue night occasionally which is awesome. They also give ebikes for rent. Totally recommended.

Most peaceful part of the nagapali beach.
That place is less people and many big trees, look like private beach.
And it locate middle of the Ngapali.
Every room cannot get hot water.
And receptionist also doesn't give good service to every guests. It depends on which room you take. (That's why I gave only 4 stars.)
However, if you like clean and private part of beach, that is very good spot. There is a mini restaurant. Not too good, not too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is nice and peaceful, the cabins are basic but good however the hot water doesn't work properly. Everything was clean, the breakfast is not big but fine. What put us down very much is the greedy money focused owner who didn't feel ashamed to call us " very stupid men " front of others 3 times in a row. She has no management skills , doesn't know customer service, not polite, not professional. Just because of her I wouldn't offer this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value for money on Ngpali! The staff is super nice and the bungalows are literally few steps from beach. It’s not located on the main beach strip which is a huge plus as there are no people at all (usually just few guests from AZ). The beach is clean as the staff cleans it every morning. The bungalows are nice and clean as well, we had no problem with hot water and were given drinking water every day. Just the air con switches on only at 6pm and off at 3am, but you don’t need to be inside during the day. They offer free bikes and it’s just about 10-15 minutes to the restaurant area.

The owner lady of the hotel is basically the "art of greed" woman who should not be allow to deal with international visitors , if you want to ruin your holiday in entire Myanmar do feel welcome to book a little cabana at AZ family and wait for disaster or you might be lucky to survive . The beach is amazing and if you are staying near by its highly recommended .
