★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay, with the sea waves almost hugging the doorsteps of the rooms... Good place when you come in small nos... I was in a group with 86 people and they had difficulty giving dinner ... The kitchen is yet to go full gear.... Also if you are having a seminar or conference, not a good place at all.... They have no conference rooms... It's hop step and jump from the Thandwe airport... The next block... That's a great advantage... New property, so rooms are clean and we'll maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too close to the airport. You can hear airplanes starting and landing and even smell the fumes of engines. Almost no infrastructure around - the village is 10 km away, so no shops and only a couple of eateries. The hotel itself is ok, but location is just hopeless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Go. Quality lack in every step. 0 breakfast or joke. Rooms smell kill you. Mosquito's in the room anyway. Evening time outside too. Rent the scooter 2 times higher price. Take from outside over road. 3 min walk from airport. Beach is not nice but it is. Drive to north. Other side airport and you be surprised with wild beautiful beaches. Drive south, down on the costal area and same but with people. And 20 km to Thandwe city market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Stay 3 night here. The staff are not friendly, the housekeeper doing good job. The Breakfast was nothing to say good. My wife doesn't eat chili, they platted omelette with chili at buffet , so we ask for it without chili. They reply that they can't do anything and you can enjoy what you have in the buffet. The receptionist must know how to Welcome and how to say Thanks to the guest. At the lobby ,when we check-in the early morning, they allowed us to get the room. Super Thanks to the team.The resort was close to airport , the beach was like private beach. The sea water was clean .

The views are great. The location is great and very near the airport. The staff is generally friendly. The bicycles are free and fun.
Those are the good things. The wifi is a joke (I was told to complain to Yangon when I inquired about it). Breakfast is subpar. They say it ends at 9:30 but everything seems to runs out at 8:45 and is not refilled well. There is a continually foul smell in the room and bathroom.
Overall not a great experience and I wish I'd stayed elsewhere and would surely not stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff nice but place a big let down. We upgraded to beach front and still not a good room. Dirty in places. Very worn. Bathroom flooded every time we had a shower and stayed flooded. No WiFi even though they kept giving codes to new customers which is Really bad.
Unfinished bar or something by pool meant it felt very ugly.
Dust inside cupboards wasn’t nice.
Reduced our stay to only 2 days and reason for second star is because they honoured the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right next to airport, though not too much noise. Most of the tourist amenities are a 20 min tuk tuk ride away. Hotel in general is tired, and rooms smell of damp. Common in tropics. Staff are friendly and helpful. However the management have no idea whatsoever about customer service. They are renovating rooms above the pool / bar area with power tools Inc hammer drills etc.. They seem to wait until customers arrive before getting started. They are also very keen to make as much noise as possible until as late as possible. As a result any guests that may hanging around to buy food or drinks get hounded away by the noise. About as dumb as it gets. For the record we have lived in Asia / Indonesia for 5 years so are pretty tolerant of this type of occurrence, but this is special on a whole new level.
