★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely and nature habitat hotel. Staff is very supportive and kind. It's located adjacent to the beach in the mids of lots of trees and greenery . I am sure you'll love the view of the beach from the window. I had an amazing time hope the same for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprising to find a nice new shiny and clean hotel open and welcoming during monsoon. Great sea view accommodations and the GM Charith is a ball of charm and hospitality. Good value for money and great views. Its def one of the nicest accoms in Ngwe saung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very fantastic with my very first experience with K resort on Beach .All of staffs are kind and patient .Thank you .All of seafoods from resort restaurant are fresh and delicious .It is very ok for foodies.
Swimming pool is cleaned and cool.
We can ride Banana Boat with our loved one ☺️. Infront of the resort we can be gone by buggy .
Near the resort ,there have some beautiful villages then we can eat some pork stick so cheap and we can take a bike .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F/O service is pretty good, polite and friendly. I give 5 stars for them.
The sea view room is quite unclean especially the bathroom. The pillow cases are also dirty and they said there is no extra pillow case to change..
Breakfast buffet is just normal..
Location is okay as I don't like crowded places. (Pretty far from local market though).
Swimming pool was the best part of trip. I did enjoy swimming there and the breathtaking view was marvellous..
