★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alquilamos dos bicis y estaban en perfecto estado, tanto que este hecho ayudó a que nuestra ruta fuera estupenda. Las mejores bicis que hemos alquilado nunca en Asia. Quizá son más caras que el resto de las que puedes encontrar en la ciudad pero sin duda vale la pena pagar esa cantidad de más por la calidad de las bicis. El precio incluye casco y un buen candado.
 We rented two bikes and they were in perfect condition, so much that this fact helped to make our route great. The best bikes we have ever rented in Asia. Maybe they are more expensive than the rest of the ones you can find in the city but it is certainly worth paying that much more for the quality of the bikes. The price includes a helmet and a good padlock.

Fantástico servicio y las bicicletas son de una calidad excelente. Fue un gran acierto.
We rented two bicycles to visit the lake area, but because we did not calculate the time well, it was dark and as there were no lights, we did not feel safe driving. We called the owner and he came to pick us up with a pick up pretty quickly.
Fantastic service and the bikes are of excellent quality. It was a great success.

We rented mountain bikes from KKO for a four day bike ride from Inle Lake back to Mandalay. The bikes were in pristine condition and I cannot day enough about the service we received. For $14/day each we rented the best bikes I have used in Southeast Asia. This price includes baggage transfer to your hotel in Mandalay (yes all the way back to Mandalay) and bike return back from Mandalay (aka you just leave the bikes in Mandalay).
Now on to the service. It was incredible. On the day of our journey, the owner greeted us with water, snacks, baby wipes, a repair kit, and dust masks all for free. He just wanted to make sure we had the best time possible! Along the way, one of our group got sick. The owner picked our friend up in the town we had stopped at and drove him to mandalay to meet our group. No additional charge.
This bike shop is amazing and they can give you all the information you need for an amazing excursion, whether it be just a day trip or the amazing ride from inle to mandalay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop, the owner is the best, and the bikes are in great condition. We rented 3 bikes to drive up to Mandalay in 4 days. He would take our backpacks there and pick up the bikes when we would arrive. I got sick along the way and couldn't continue after Kyaukse, so he picked me up at our hotel, drove me to Mandalay, gave us our backpacks and took the bikes back. Excellent service!!

We did a 5-day-trip to Pindaya, Kalaw and around the Inle lake. The bikes and the equipment were in a very good condition (helmets, tools and one bag). Kyat, the owner, even put a luggage racket on one of the bikes and were there within half an hour to repair a flat tire - without charging anything extra.
Highly recommended!
