★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my all time favorite restaurants while traveling. Really great food and really friendly service. The menu is simple but provides good options. The food is made to order so it might take a little while, but it is worth it. Possibly the best cup of Indian masala tea I have had in my life.

Went here twice during our two days in Pyin Oo Lwin.
Food takes some time to get, but I see that as a good sign.
With the "vegetable + chapati" you get a great vegetarian Thali with an amazing pumpkin curry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible food at an impossibly cheap price. We ordered mains and got a bunch of complimentary side dishes, the chapati was especially good. I highly recommend this place for an affordable and delicious meal in a local setting. The place is like a family house where the common room has been adapted to act as a restaurant. Don’t expect any luxury!

You choose the meat or veg and everything else is included. 4000 kyats for meat including 3 kinds of vegetable and rice and two Chapatti. No beer available. Family business but only one woman seems to work. It's a shame that the atmosphere of the restaurant is rather morbid...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one not to be judged by the cover and slightly hidden in a tiny street. The atmosphere could be better too (there is a man sitting there watching TV all the time judging by the same coat he was wearing on other's photos.) However, the chapati was excellent. We had chicken curry and mutton curry. Same sauce for both, the mutton was the best. The order came a bit slow (30min) but the food made up for it. The banana lassi was great.
