Whenever a customer come , a guy will come to you and ask your name, address, contact number etc even though the customer with the same vehicle came so many times regularly before. Really a nuisance and embarrassing practice. The attitude of receptionists(guys) are also not up to expectations. Service quality, technicians, engineers , availability of genuine parts make me rate their center 4 out of 5 . Otherwise they don't deserve it.
