Tip: direct taxies to Batahtaung pagoda and walk from there, they don't seem to know this hotel by name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were unfriendly towards Muslim guests. A big NO for Muslim visitors. Ironically, it is located next to a Madrasa and there are many Muslims in the neighborhood. Perhaps the Junta or the cronies own the hotel. The breakfast was quite good but I had diarrhea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Stuff is super lovely and helpfull! Location is good, near restaurants and local market places are ewerywhere. There are also two river restaurants just cross the street. Hotel's restaurant at 9th floor have excellent food and good prices too. We like'd a lot?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too noisy. Dogs bark at every nights. Loud speakers play till late night. If there is too few guest, hotel does not serve breakfast due to loss on breakfast reason. Too much mosquitoes in rooms. Lack of hygiene.

Location is not in place of interest but hidden in a small alley.
Surround with residential area and a school just right at street end which you can join in with there local activities.
I have been staying in this hotel for a few times as for Business visiting.
Is so safe that I can come back alone without worrying.
The restaurant is on the top level, which you can enjoy the early sun rise together with your B/F.
The far end with the rivers view with all the busy activities to go along with.
You could saw a beautiful Pagoda temple at the river side with there Port crane side by side.
Would still be staying on my next visit
