★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fungus in the room, incredible smelly and dirty rooms. They refuse to check in at 2pm send asked me to wait till 6pm. After more than 500+ booked hotels i can trully say that this was my worst experience in the life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price-quality average and really gentle staff. I'm here with my gf. They also have food service and the quality of the food is really good, I could say it's a pleasure staying here. The neigh streets are full of merchants but the place is really quiet and comfortable. The bed is comfortable.
Really really good place. Wi-Fi and tv and climax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rangoon 40 is a lower price place. Someone want to stay budget accommodation, I refer to Rangoon 40. Overall service is good. Breakfast, you don't choice many dishes. Room service or housekeeping services and supplement (water, bath items), if you make a request to clean your room, they will come to clean but you don't make a request to clean your room, they will not come. Place is a quiet and good place.

Room look ok, not so big but comfortable, good equipped.
Unfortunately our room was dirty. They changed only bedclothes, no cleaning floor or desk or bathroom.
Breakfast it was disaster too. It should be from 7 till 9. We came 8.10 and it was almost nothing left. Coffee was cold, we saw that before it was any salad, eggs, rice but nothing left. Only toast and jam which was dirty too from butter.
