Got my fibre setup the day after I contacted them. Its been super stable and its a great price for fibre. They take 3 month contracts at a minimum, have 3 tiers of service (all unlimited) and have a one time setup fee of 20k. It went down just once, but they fixed it within 15 minutes. Update 2021: Considering the situation in Burma I understand there might be issues with the service and interruptions. However, they have been getting worse and worse and basically from feeling that MMLink is reliable, I now feel that they are sub-par. I cannot get into touch with their customer support. The number is rarely answered, and there is no callback option. Additionally, there has been either a complete outage or a partial outage every day. Certain sites that are not blocked by the government here are not being routed properly. To be perfectly honest, I am staying with MMLink as there is no other viable fiber option that I know of. I hope your company starts giving a damn and actually try to communicate with customers and/or provide a more reliable service. As I said, I can understand the technical issues you may be having due to the new telecom laws and the situation in Burma. That being said, there is no excuse for stonewalling your customers and making it near impossible to get in touch. Very disappointing to see this going from a 5 star reliable service to this optimistic 2 star rating.

The worst service I ever had , Yesterday I faced the wifi connection loss. I called the service center about 3 times. The first call she said will be better soon in a moment . And after 2 hrs , I called them and get a answer is will be better in 30 minutes . and at night I called again they said the fiber was bite by a mouse . What a Ridiculous answer I got and I don't get till the next morning . I decided after the contract of three months. I will join another contract of wifi company. BAD SERVICE Company
