★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're paying 20,000 ks for a "room" more aptly described as a walk in closet. Very noisy traffic early in the morning (6am). No private bathroom, no WiFi, dirty and somewhat defunct shared toilets. Breakfast consists of packs of sweetened coffee, packs of small cream-filled pastries, tea leaves, and hot water. The place is a trap given that the few other places allowed to host foreigners (cheaper by half and in a general better condition) might be booked by the time you get to Mindat and it'll be your last resort (pun definitely not intended).
