The staff seem everything also don't know when I ask them.
Just 2 restaurants there and you only can eat there.

- Normal double ensuite bathroom 45k
- Bungalow ensuite bathroom 55k
Basic room was dirty and shabby, so we went for the normal room. The room was ok. But compared to all the other places we stayed in pretty overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas were not cleaned, replenished with supplies or check at all during our stay. Also, no WiFi.
The staff are friendly, good hot showers, and good central location to town. Although rooms are clean on arrival, they are bare bones with bad mattresses and thin walls (we could hear the most gentle sounds from next door - not to mention the loud snoring).
The tourist tax (2x local price charged) makes value for money at this guest house complete extortion.

Although the staff were helpful it could not save our stay or this review.
The rooms are extortionately expensive for what you get; a small room with thin walls barely cleaned. The beds are as disappointing as the rooms.
The amenities are a small saving grace, good hot water and showers.
The breakfast is nothing special and considering that the tourist price is 2x the price of the local price the infrastructure that they offer is appalling.
All in all it is unfortunately similar to so much of Chin state touisit economy. Over priced and under performing.
I would recommend staying at one of the resorts and at least getting a nice place for the extortionate price.
