★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would advise paying a few more thousand kyats and go with another agency for trekking.
We did the 2-day trek from Inle to Kalaw and the service provided was very disappointing.
We weren't warned that the 2-day trek was basically the same walking distance than the 3-day one (other agencies include a taxi or boat ride).
One of the 2 guides we had didn't know the way and was always asking the other one for direction.
One guide told us at the very beginning that we could take another way to go see a waterfall, we agreed but we ended up in the middle of the forest, climbing and making our way into the branches, which was not easy for everyone in our group. It took us a long time to go back to the normal route, and for the rest of the day the guide kept saying he was angry because we were late on schedule and that we had to walk faster. We ended up walking in the dark with our lights to reach the village were we staying for the night.
The guides were quite inexperienced and could hardly tell us the distance we had to walk each day, or any other information we were asking for.
The landscapes were beautiful thought and the food we had was good.
