★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average hotel located in an average location. The shower was not good because water was rather weak. When in the room noices from outside can be heard so it was not very nice. Service from check-in counter was okay. Doorman service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clean and the staff was friendly. The decor was a but old skill though and I had room that faced a wall. Also if your a light sleeper there is a club next door. So make sure your not in a room near it on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big room nice view from the grand Pagoda. The bathroom is poor and the water pressure is poor the bathroom floor coms with water and very slippery and dangerous. The A. C is cooling too much. Nice breakfast staff very friendly and nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from the hotel is so amazing! You can see the pagoda just by lifting up your curtain. They provide breakfast at 7:30 and you can even request of your own meal if you're a picky eater like me. You can buy lunch and dinner here. The restaurant closes at 11:00.
They have stairs and small lift. The car park isn't huge but enough to keep some mini buses.
Unfortunately the wifi didn't work properly. It worked when I was outside my room but when I came in to my room, I didn't get any signal.
Anyway, the staffs were really nice and helpful. It's probably the best budget hotel around this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The horel exists near famous places of Yangon city such as People Square and People Park, Shwedagon Pagoda and Yangon regional Hlut Taw building. It's three minutes walk away form shopping centers, Dagon center and City mar. The hotel is nine-story building. The parking for cars is not big enough.The rooms seems to be big compare to its rating. In Covid 19 pendamic, the hotel became facility for quarantine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here for 18 days as in quarantine. I really satisfy for the room; decorated with Myanmar traditional theme, wide space with modern bath room. Luckily my conor room have two sides of view; Shwedagon pagoda and Taw hlan yae Park in the front and other famous high buildings at the back.
Meals are acceptable. Big potion and good taste for me. It is the not the best but very acceptable for me. Because l can feel some of their good will in the meals. Plus whenever l need some help , the hotel staffs willingly give me that. Well l happily like to give this place for 4 stars.
