★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receiving an email titled "your flight reservation is received" containing all the information (i.e. name, flight number, time, price) with your reservation information does not guarantee you have a flight. Upon getting to the airport, they took over an hour to explain in poor English that the flight was fully booked and that they sent an email proposing flights days after - however, this mail was sent from "booking" titled "alternative suggestion" and not from flymya.ma (like the previous mails).... not at all clear. In addition, customer service barely spoke English and was incredibly rude.
