★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a guest house, not a hotel. Simple, friendly, daily housekeeping. It could probably use some re decorating but it's clean and tidy. The rooms are large enough, mostly no air conditioning except in the more expensive ones. Well placed for boats to the lake, and plenty of bikes for hire just opposite. Breakfast is included, and tea and coffee all day. Good value for money, and very helpful staff. The internet access is slow, like most places in Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with very friendly staff on a good location (a bit away from the main busy street) They serve a good breakfast and know a lot about things to do in the area.
We stayed in the more expensive room, which was excellent. We heared that the cheaper rooms are a bit old fashioned and small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very nice place.Very romantic. The staffs are very friendly. You can order ahead whatever you want for breakfast. The manager is kindful. helpful and very easy to speak English. Infront of the Inn, there is BBQ and variety of food and drink. The Inn is very warmly. But water have a little bad smell. Never mind. you are provided pH 7 to wash face and mouth.

The room was exactly what I hoped for, and it had great AC and new lights installed the day I arrived!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been in the Little Inn for 2 nights.
The location and the service are great. Our bus left only in the evening and it was okay to stay in the room for the whole day. Furthermore we got breakfast at 11:30am after a boat trip. Unfortunately the room lookes absolutely not welcoming. Our room was clean so far but the bed linen seemed to be used.
But all in all it was a good stay there and value for money.
