★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, great service and good included breakfast. The rooms are clean basic and simple. All a real traveller needs for the price. Only downside is bikes and Electric scooters for rent are in bad shape (go for a walk and find more). Very happy with this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked staying there. The service is good and the facilities are good. They even folded my friend's clothes which was left on the bed randomly. I'm that type of neat and tidy one so they didn't need to clean abt mine.? Just kidding. Well,I Liked it. But if you are a fan of buffet breakfast,sorry it's not your taste of place. Just one thing you need to care learning abt the standard room was to know which switch is there to turn off the fan.

The breakfast was good - however, I wish they would serve Burmese breakfast instead of western, but this is what many places do to appease complaining tourists. There was something wrong with our toilet and they fixed it immediately. Good ebikes and great location. Will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice relaxed hotel a bit off the main street. Rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and good breakfast. You can rent a bike or scooter directly in the hotel and they offer massage as well. WiFi is almost reliable but slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its ok to stay here. The breakfast was good. The rooms need a bit of more deep (specially walls and corners) cleaning but the bed was quite nice, spacious. I didn't like thay they charged for everything and more than the average (even a map!!), I suggest to do laundry and rent e-bikes outside the hotel, it's half price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Bagan. We really enjoyed our stay in New Park. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The garden is perfect to chill out. Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Location great near the restaurant area. Staff are very helpful and always with a smile. You can rent a e-bike for a good price in the same hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long lasting and well run hotel providing budget travelers a nice place to stay when visiting Bagan. Hotel staffs are always prompt for help. Breakfast is simple but good enough for what you have paid for. The restaurant street is just around the corner with so many different kind of food to choose, while the hotel is very quiet to have a good sleep. The only drawback is only one outlet in our room works...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here, both my Tibetan third eye T shirt and my apple phone charger were missing from the room when I left. The shirt I planned to gift to someone before leaving the country anyhow but the charger was a pain to replace as you can only find fake apple products that have no titration and demolish battery life. Not sure what to think of this. As I had mostly positive experiences with my Burma travels and a bad apple should not define the whole place.
