★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I handed in my controller to New Place for the fact that my controller was not charging properly (a common problem for ps4 users) and today I went to fetch it and the staff in New Place just gave me back the controller packed in plastic bag. The fun fact was it cost 19000 kyats and they told me the controller frame (inside) was broken so it had to be replaced. Plus my R3 button was torn (it was in fine condition when I handed in). My question is, how is my controller not charging properly related to a broken frame. Ridiculous. Lost a customer. ?
