★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice modern hotel on Strand Road, about five minutes walk away from the night market. Breakfast is pretty good with a variety of mainly local and Asian options. Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. Wifi was okay, but could be faster. Will definitely stay again when in Mawlamyine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came back to this hotel after 15 years! Upgraded and nice. We had a river view lovely room. No frills, but also not basic - nice and functional.
Staff were good and friendly; service good.
Breakfast buffet was OK, some days better than others.
We ate in the restaurant once, food was OK. Quite a range of choices from the menu.
Laundry service was 1 day and quality great - price OK.
Location is great in the river and good for access to night market by foot.
Day markets a bit further afield, but plenty of transport in The Strand.
We'd come back here - both the hotel and Mawlamyine.

Cleaning, warmly staff, food, interior room also really great.
The price is very little high for local.
Howerver I stay whenever I arrive in Mawlamyaing.
