★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hidden treasure. While it is advertised as Ocean Front Campgrounds, this is owned and operated by Ngwe Saung Yacht Club, a beautiful, high-end resort. You check in at the main resort reception desk. The "lofts" are inexpensive rooms on the grounds of the resort. They are actually very nice rooms - we found the bed comfortable, and the room and bathroom were big. They are very close to the beach. The wifi was slow but worked pretty well. The electricity is on 24/7, unlike many other places in this town. Being on the resort grounds gives you access to an incredible infinity pool right on the beach with comfortable loungers and cabanas, a bar, nice bathrooms, with the resort restaurant right behind it. We spend most of our days by the pool. The beach here is also nice. The included breakfast is amazing. The staff is so nice. There is a small restaurant across the street with cheaper food which we actually liked better than our dinner at the resort. Stay here!
