★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is good. The best thing was the staff who really went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The location is fine for ***dalay. Being situated at city center, infront of the intercity railway station and on main entry road to ***dalay makes it easy to find and direct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much your standard big city middle of the road accommodation. The room and bathroom were clean and the air conditioning was functional which is all you can really ask of a place like this. And the WiFi was consistent which is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly, its an old hotel. It wasn't noticeably dirty, but it didn't really feel comfortable either. The bathroom specifically could have been better maintained and could also do with a patch up. Breakfast is just plain bad unfortunately. The location is pretty good however, and the staff are also quite friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The superior rooms are very tiny and it is difficult to swing a cat in it. The deluxe rooms are just okay. Too many noisy Chinese tourists who talk loudly in the middle of the night having no consideration for others staying in the hotel .The only advantage is for those who wish to stay opposite the Mandalay station .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room size is tight. Very nice room. The staff doesn’t speak very good English, except for the lady at the Breakfast Counter who speaks really good English. Having said the above, being on a tour we spent very little time in our rooms and so they were perfectly adequate for our requirements in ***dalay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will surely stay again and highly recommend to my traveling friends. Medium-sized supermarket next door is very handy for supplies. Free water service is good for me. A team of professional staff are ready to offer their expertise. The staff are some of the most attentive and helpful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depends on your perspective, if you need to stay near the railway station to catch an early train to another city, this hotel is a good choice. It has a relaxing environment, a nice restaurant at the lobby, a cozy bedroom with a glass bathroom! Great for love birds.
However, if you are a light sleeper, the noise of early train sounding the horns may serve as unwanted morning calls. So it really depends on you.
The location is good because it's near to the central where the 2 shopping malls are. The rest are shops, eateries, restaurants, bakeries, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and accommodating although there is only one lift. They were willing to let us extend our late check out to 4pm. Beds were made daily and good selection of TV channels in our rooms.
Restaurant offers good breakfast although there's no omelette station but there is cereal, fruits, bread and cooked food.
