★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't come back again for this hotel. It's quit far from town plus right in front of the hotel there's a tea shop which is quite noisy whole day .. Security is really poor. However... The lady staff is friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best accomodation in Burma so far! Great for backpackers for its low price for high standart. Super friendly receptionist. Wonderful kittens. Tasty banana pancake for breakfast. A bit further from the center of Nyaungshwe, but bike rental is for free so you can easily ride for about 10 mins to get to the best restaurants (Sin Yaw, One Owl Grill etc.).
Don’t hesitate and go for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very nice and always helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom is very low, even washing your hands could be a problem. Also there are problems with electricity. The aircondition and fridge do not operate all the day, it's impossible to stay in the room in the early evening - You'll get boiled...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy large rooms (the size of some apartments in London). Hot water and a bathtub are a nice touch when the nights get cold. You can book tours with this hotel, rent bicycles and they do laundry. Would have been five stars if the breakfast was better (bread is too sweet, tropical fruits preferred to oranges and the jam looks fluorescent). Apart from this it's a great place to stay. #edit..after having tried the pancake and Shan noodle breakfast I'm happy to give this place five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value. Nice sized rooms are clean. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is a choice of Shan noodles (need to order the evening before) which are great, pancakes and honey or toast with egg. Reception able to help with everything we wanted to do and even sent a staff to guide us to the location.
