Wifi, slow.
A run-down guesthouse, thin bedding and power gets shut off few times a day. Wifi is slow like most guesthouse in Myanmar.
But this is the cheapest guesthouse I found. So no complains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place for the expensive price you pay. We had a double for 20$ per nights, and it was so small, dirty and no hot water!
The price is way too exagerated for this rip-off place, and when we tried to negociate, it was not possible at all and there were nothing else around, all the same prices.
Later we found another place, we recommend strongly the "Familly Guesthouse" which is way better for the same price, and the people there are much more friendly than the owner who received us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Old, but clean rooms. I paid $17 for a single with private bathroom. The man behind the desk spoke very good English and was very helpful pointing me in the right direction and booking bus tickets for. All at a price, of course, but that's the world we live in

20$ for a double - ridiculous for what you get!!
*) room as big as a double bed ?
*) dirty towels (blood or rust)
*) no warm water or not explained how to use it
*) no wifi at night (7am - 10pm)
*) dirty, smelly blanket - had to sneeze like hell the next morning
*) breakfast - espresso plate size omelet, only ONE powder coffee allowed, 2 slices of kids size bred
