★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is reasonable. Double room costs just 30,000 Kyats ($ 20) for one night, and swimming pool is also available. Located just 5 minutes walk to Maungmagan Beach, PwTi Guest House is quite cheap, and should be choosen for both local and foreigners except breakfast which is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occupying a large expanse of land just opposite the beach, the guest house is so beautifully put together. This is what I have been waiting for around Maungmagan Beach. The rooms are so spacious and neat with giant size bathrooms. Incase you want to swim at night, there is a nice pool in the compound with a bar by the side. You should check it out on your next trip to Dawei..... It's really nice!
