★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my friends to celebrate a birthday and we really enjoyed it here! The moment you step into the property, you are provided amazing service by the guards , receptionists and waiters. They alao helped us surprise our friend and it definitely was a weekend of fun celebrations. The food here is so good! I personally loved Tom yum fried rice, pork sandwich and mala dumplings. Their breakfast buffet is really popular and has a good variety. And of course, we cannot forget the sky pool! They have a painting of a beach and it blends with the surrounding greenery and sky of golden valley. We drank a lot of coconuts and it felt like we were at the beach. a perfect staycation indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here several times and Prestige never fails to pass all expectations. I love hanging out w my friends here to swim near the pool and love the local seafood & Western dishes here. The rooms are clean and comfy and always look forward to breakfast. Try their Laphet Yay and noodle soup at breakfast --- they are a must! The staffs are friendly and are very responsive. 110% that this is the best place to hang out in Yangon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came this place for 2 night stay. Reasonably priced room starting at 60000 Kyats. Breakfast is served in the morning at the roof top restaurant. There is also a pool in roof top and it is a decent place to rest. You'll have the nice view of Shwedagon Pagoda from there. In the basement, there is parking space available holing a little more than 10 vehicles at a time. Rangoon Teahouse is located just opposite of the hotel. We took the non smoking room however it smells a bit of smoking....other than that, it was a good experience overall ...

Negative :
1. Pool on the roof is a Hepatitis A red zone, should be cleaned, water is yellowish and very dirty.
2. Very noisy neighbours.
3. Very noisy drunk people on the roof.
4. Slow room service.

5. The room is very clean and comfortable.
6. The buffet is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just went to their rooftop restaurant, the prices are ok, the food is ok nothing special, the problem is that the waiters are never around, depending where you seat it takes time for the waiters to notice you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here 2 days in May 2022..very spacious room along with free access to rooftop swimming pool . it's just in from of Rangoon tea house and other nearby nice cafe and restaurants..located in very calm area ..perfect place to stay..I hope they can increase more options in breakfast specially for vegetarians
