★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a short, but totally nice experience here: they gave me the room at 8am (regular check in is at 13:00) and invited to have breakfast - after sleepless night at bus this was a serious gift, i mean the room:)
Later they ordered me taxi, and generally were very supportive and caring
The hotel is freshly renovated and i love the style. My room was spacious and nice, bathroom comfortable, got water and food pressure, new towels.
Breakfast was good, and their little restaurant serves nice food (try tea leaf salad)
I think their level is somewhat higher than 45$ per night range

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed here for a couple of nights during my yangon visit. though the location was good but the service was not that good. the biggest problem was that whole night there was a generator running behind my room which not only produced noise pollution but also air pollution. that way the stay here was not comfortable and healthy at all. i almost had sleepless nights and when i complained about this the staff had no solution to this problem as the generator was being used by someone else in an adjacent property. anyone hiring a room here must check up if they still have this problem. otherwise the rooms were spacious and in general the service was just average. biggest nuisance here was the noise and pollution of the generator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the very first place I stayed in Yangon before I found an apartment. I liked the hotel, the room was spacious and clean, breakfasts were great and since then I recommend that place to several visitors, both business and private, and all were happy with the hotel as well. It's been three years since I was staying there and still when I'm passing by the hotel, some of the hotel staff still remember me and greet me. It's a really nice and friendly place.
