★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value for money of our entire trip in Myanmar. Large and comfy rooms, a hearty included breakfast that included local options, hot showers that were hot, free tea and coffee in the garden during the day, very friendly staff, and free water refill stations (wish more places did this). Location is great and if you get a room towards the back, very quiet. Far enough out of the main bustle to be calm, but only a ten minute walk away from wherever you might need to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not disappointed. The staff are very helpful in planning tours and arranging bus ticket reservations for you. The complimentary breakfast is a big perk for this place. The single room is $15 and it comes with complementary breakfast. Good banana honey toast local brewed coffee etc included in price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great value for money. The room that I got was on the 2nd level with wooden flooringvery homey. The staff were all friendly and helpful and can organise lots of things for you. I go low budget, and by far this was the best place I was in whole Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is quiet but nevertheless in the center. The restaurat is on the rooftop where you can have a very good view of the streets. We were given a spacious bungalow style room with lots of natural lighting and high ceilings. I would recommend this place to stay and would come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location as it is off the busy main roads so was quiet most of the time. The walk in to town is short and there you can access anything that you might need. Went to balloon festival and owner organised our transportation decent price and sound service. Rooms are clean in Myanmar standard. I know you should lock up valubles in the Hotel safe but I can't remember that facilty being offered. Good value for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great place with friendly host family who supports you with everything you need - boat trips, trekking, transport, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is excellent and you can enjoy it from the roof terrace. Rooms are conformable, clean and romantic. The owners take good care that tourism benefits the local community in a sustainable manner. Definitely a great place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay which is absolutely worth the cost. Rooms are clean and spacy enough, the stuff was super friendly, breakfast is a la carte and quite good. A boat tour we booked at the reception was cheap and of excellent quality
