★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with super friendly staff! Breakfast is good and the rooms include hot shower, decent AC and WiFi. Very much recommending this guest house. Also, water refill possibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nicest family staff on this planet. They greet you and make sure you have everything you need, always. Free bikes, which they insist on parking for you. They bring tea at night. They even helped me fix and lube my broken skateboard bearing. The breakfast is traditional rice and egg with coffee and juice. The rooms are very large, enough to do yoga in with ease. Great shower pressure. Very close to the beach and resteraunts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 3 nights at this little lovely and peaceful guesthouse. Nene and his family welcomed me really warmly and were always there for me. The breakfast is very delicious!? the beds are comfortable and with aircon...You can relax in front of your room and admire the dschungle atmosphere. I especially liked all the lovely details: bottles and lamps in dschungle style...
Stay here it’s great and you feel at home!! One other plus is that this place offers free bikes and it’s pretty close to the beach!
I would love to come here again!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who run this hotel are amazing, they went out of their way to help us when we needed to go to the hospital and with anything else! We got the cheapest room and it was spacious and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was included in the price and really good with a variety of options served every morning. There's a beach about a 1 minute walk from the hotel which is absolutely beautiful and it has a couple of small beach restaurants that serve cheap beers and amazing seafood. Our favorite one was Arkan beach bar & seafood restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guesthouse with the most amazing and helpful staff. They service oriented and want to help you with everything. They being you hot tea at night, free bicycles so you can easily get around town, and they even park it for you!! The room is big (big enough to do a morning yoga session!) and simple with a nice bed. Great shower pressure as well! Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Come and negotiate the price in person! Hot water, a/c, and quite spacious room. Free water refill for all. Free bike rentals.
The cheapest rooms are not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to that amazing beach you can find the warm and more than friendly Lin Thar Jungle Guesthouse! New and modern style with a family who just wish for you a pleasant stay! If you pay extra, you can enjoy the home made burmanesisch kitchen from Mrs. Sue. Get a free bicycle and go arround to this beautiful place!??

Friendly service and simple breakfast included. Rooms are basic but clean (they have showers with very hot water, the beds are comfy). Even though it's on the main road, the rooms are quiet and it's a short walk to a beach.
