★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, well located, and serves a great breakfast on the 9th floor. Awesome staff but Ms Chen was especially helpful and knowledgable for booking a day trip and onward bus trips. Sorry if I've misspelled your name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean place with friendly staff. Room had a good bed and spotless. Hard floor was well kept. Has a safe and a small refrigerator in the room. There is an Orange Supermarket around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Royal Pearl Hotel has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and understands English well enough. It is pretty near everything but I would recommend taking the TukTuk everywhere.
I agree with others that the hotel furnishing looks tired but it’s absolutely livable. Also, most importantly the toliet is spotless. The WiFi is fast throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet is pretty standard for Myanmar hotels but I love the scrambled eggs.
Overall, it’s a fantastic stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Came a day earlier than booked and they managed to help us get a room without extra charge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff know some english too and are very helpful.
The room is spacious comfy. Shower is nice with hot water and is spacious.
Restaraunt above at the roof serves delicous food at an affordable cost too. Have a bakery beside it too which is convenient if one wants to have some snacks.
We checked out at 3am to catch the train to Hsipaw and the staff is ready to help check us out even at that hour. Excellent place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was fairly okay. Can't ask for more given the price paid. However, felt like the room/furnitures can be better maintained. Our air-con was shooting out ice cubes for awhile (LOL). Overall room feels quite dark/old. Bearable, but not too comfortable. Staffs could speak minimal English but tried their best to be helpful. Breakfast was a decent spread too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For sure the best value for its money. We arrived at 6 am and the staff checked us in at no cost! Spacious rooms and bath area, big enough for two. Lots of cafes both local and European type around, all main attractions are within 5-10 min driving. Note that grab taxi is represented by motorbikes only so ask for a regular taxi at the reception. We were lucky to get an English speaking driver for a half a day for 28 000 kyats only! Enjoy Mandalay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, good breakfast, great cleanliness. Good value for money but nothing special. Also the AC didn't work enough at night (?) It was fine during the day but at night it was extremely hot and we woke up bathing in sweat. Wouldn't stay again, would chose something with more character.
