★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Paid for VIP express bus. Bus stopped numerous times to allow passengers to smoke. Several passengers listen to mobiles loud and without headphones. Bus stopped to refuel just 4 km from the bus depot,instead of dropping the passengers first.

Too bad on May 4, 2022, 7:30 a.m VIP BUS to Mandalay. Bus number 5M/5505
I bought 2 seats ticket from MM Bus ticket through KBZ-Pay (online Payment) on May 3 for my 80 years old mother and 13 years old my nephew. The seat no is I2 and I3. Waiting place is after Htaukkyant which is the place their on the way gate. At there, my mother get on the bus, I noticed that my mother seats are not correct as of I2 and I3. After leaving the bus, I called to their office and asked what is the last seat number. 'J' is the last they reply. So why you guided to seat at J roll instead of I roll? I complained them so much. But my mother get back at Naypyitaw on the half way of Mandalay. One of lady staff approved to change 'J' roll seater to 'I' roll seat. Made too bad service. She did it without negotiate with us. And shame on that passenger who bought 'J' roll . Why did you attempt to change your own seat. Shame on both of you and bus line staff.
