★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager knows decent English and is super helpful. He bought calling cards for us, printed document s, rented us his motorcycle for $3.33 USD for the entire evening, located places on our Google maps, told us where to buy things, translated things etc.
The room is decent. Minor repairs are needed in the bathroom, the mattresses are not super. But, the AC works great, wifi in the lobby is free. Considering everything, if you don't speak Burmese, don't know the city, and only have two days to get a lot of specific things accomplished this is the place to stay. You get more than you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel manager was really helpful he found us the bus for mrauk u and a guide .... Negative: The hotel is very uncomfortable and not clean... I slept whit my cloths on and I didn’t use the toilet.. the worst hotel for that price in Myanmar... I guess the reason is that there is not enough hotels so no competition for prices and quality.. I will not suggest it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bad value motel. Terribly dirty room. Cigarette ashes are in the corner of the room and it look like they don't do cleaning at all except making the bed. The room smells like moth balls which makes very difficult to breathe. Air-conditioning works well. WiFi is not working properly. Very noisy from the road and the construction beside. The staffs are also not friendly. Do not book at this hotel unless you have seen the room in person!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The guys couldn’t help any more and can’t thank them enough. Arrived at airport and owner was waiting for me which was a pleasant surprise.. Negative: The room is dated and needs attention. Towels, bedsheets and pillow cases all stained (but clean). No Wifi in room but ok in reception and window has no fire exit as iron bars fitted..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Didn’t expect something great from Sittwe hotels, so decided just to have the cheapest room. And was quite surprised. They gave me better room with aircon instead. Maybe it’s the best in the whole hotel, I don’t know, but it was comfy enough. The floor was renovated, as well as part of the wall next to bed. In the room there were free water and bath accessories. The staff was very friendly: they helped me to take a bus to Mrauk-U and even tried to speak russian a bit :) The breakfast was average, but still it was. When I left early in the morning they picked me some food to go. There was hot water in the shower. Next to hotel there is bat tree, fish market and some other attractions. Viewpoint of Sittwe beach is 30-40 minutes walking. So if you’re not very picky one night here is quite ok. When I came back from Mrauk-U I stayed here again.. Negative: Cigarettes smell in the room Old and not very clean towels Small and uncomfy bathroom The hotel itself looks old No WiFi in the room.
