★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good tasting beef skewers and fried beef with paprika. Tell them to ensure they are done RARE so that they come almost well done and juicy (Myanmar chefs find it hard to belief you don't want your meat anything less than overdone, dry, hard and dark browned to black.
Oh, and MAKE SURE to tell them not to marinate the beef in sand. It comes with sand.
