★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the price we paid (17$) the accommodations were decent. We stayed at the old wing on top of reception. There was no AC , but a fan, the nights are cool at the lake so we really didn't need it. We didn't have hot water either.Breakfast was good, not buffet but a la carte.if you want they can book the tours for you at the lobby. I did the sunset tour of the lake with them for 10000 , and went to inle boy ( tour agency) for the whole day tour for 15000.
The location was good, walking distance to stores, pharmacies and restaurants.
About 40 min from he-ho airport by taxi (25000).
I think I'd go back there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place to stay if you want to visit Inla lake, we arruved early motning around 3, 30 they give us immediately a room... Nice breakfast included in the price. Check out is at 12.00 but you can leave luggage there and can go toilet and also have shower before you have to leave the city by bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located to the main road in Inle. Staff recommended the Real Neangshwe Bakery for light meals and it was excellent best vegetable soup in the country. The rooms are not cleaned unless you personally request this at the reception desk. We had a very very bad experience with this HOTEL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone are very polite and they have few fine perks for all travelers. The staff is very nice. The facility of the hotel is ok. The location was perfect for anywhere we wanted to walk to. It´s like everywhere in Myanmar: Price is little bit to high for what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms and community areas are beautiful with all the teak wood. The lady, whom I suspect is the owner of the hotel was not the friendliest of people. Room was very clean and finally someone know how to use easy way to decorate the room. We had a ground floor room which had a nice outdoor seating area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a lovely little family run hotel. Friendly, gorgeous little breakfast on the balcony in the sunny mornings. Highly rate this hotel and would recommend. Great value, it’s a simple, clean hotel, Bang in the middle of town, not far from all the boats onto the lake. It’s well worth the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just took a room before our nightbus as our hotel was booked out. The price was fine, the room was clean, there were mosquito nets, which otherwise is often missing. Would have been happy to spend the night there.
Negative, the windows were mill glass so you couldn‘t see out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Close to all the bus stops so you don't need to take a taxi to get here upon arrival. The standard twin rooms are without air-conditioning but you don't need it. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean, lots of universal plug points and basic amenities provided. Beds are comfy with mosquito nets provided although I didn't really need it. Breakfast is good. You get a choice of 3 simple meals: pancakes, toast and eggs or Shan noodles. Overall it's a positive experience.
That being said however, the owner takes a little getting used to. He's an elderly man who speaks great English. He can help arrange the boat tours for you and will be extremely happy if you say yes but will make a face if you say no. He is not pushy though. But he did try to buy my sandals and was very pushy about that. Its somewhat amusing but made me uncomfortable to see him afterwards.
